Happy Fall!

Eeeek! My second favorite season of the year! Summer will always be my numba one!

As this season starts, we settle back into routine.. I am slowing down and embracing the time with my family! This summer was *so* good to us. Countless river days, waterpark hangs, camping trips, heatwaves (yikes, not again..) hotel stays, smores, and all the mosquito bites. As much as I love summer, I am excited for Fall cozies, more indoor family time, yummy, warm soulful food, crisp air, and everything Fall has to bring.

Now that my girls are in school, I'm sure we wont be pumpkin patch trippin' too often. But when I had little, littles we would go around to a bunch of different patches, and have loads, and loads of fun! Getting muddy, and picking out the perfect pumpkin, and eating all the homemade donuts. It's something I'll cherish forever!

One of my most favoritest things about Fall and colder weather is cooking up all the soulful food. Cooking is definitely a huge part of my love language. From soups, chilis, warm sandwiches, pumpkin.. well pumpkin everything.. I can't wait! Here are some of my favorite fall recipes!

White Chicken Chili- SO easy, and so delicious. It's even better the next day. I always make extra now because it's now a favorite of my mother in laws!

Apple, Cheddar, Chicken melts- So good on a warmer fall day! Again, super easy. I always buy a few rotisserie chickens to have on hand. It's great for things like this, as well as boiling after you use all the meat for a yummy stock for chicken noodle soup!

Maple Pecan Roasted Acorn Squash- Make it sweet, or make it savory by adding some feta to the top. SO GOOOOD.

Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing! We call it "Thanksgiving In A Bowl" It literally tastes like it. I like to add cranberry to the top of mine, and its p e r f e c t o!

Those are just a few of our staples, but I also love to make all different types of soups. I may make another blog post just for that! I want to start sharing more of ME here, not just business things!

Also!

Before I end this! I've shared here before! BUT! We love making bucket lists for each holiday! So I added ours here, feel free to save, print, and share! I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!

We hope you have a wonderful fall season!
